⭐ Just because you’re pre-approved for a certain amount, it doesn’t mean you will want to pay that in your monthly mortgage

⭐ Right now, for every 100K you borrow from the bank, you’re looking at paying around $800 towards your mortgage. This is subject to change based on each individual’s credit score, current market rates, and seller credits.

⭐ If you’re pre-approved, ask your lender to provide you a fee sheet so you can get an idea of the monthly payment and see if you’re comfortable with that payment.
